Courses for Adults
Improvers: This course is open to all players who would like to improve their game and start (or not) to play some competitive tennis. The players will consolidate their techniques and tactical knowledge required to improve their game.

Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity on a tennis court featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout.
Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, why not try Cardio Tennis?
There are drills for absolute beginners through to advanced players, all of which provide you with a great cardio workout while improving skill. Cardio Tennis is more fun than working out in a gym or other forms of exercise.
Benefits of Cardio Tennis
The session takes place on a tennis court and is run by a qualified tennis coach. The main purpose of the session is to provide you with an enjoyable work out. It’s not about forehands and backhands, it’s about getting in to your appropriate cardio zone and getting a great workout.
Music is played during the session to help create a high energy atmosphere and add motivation. Participants are advised to wear heart rate monitors so they can see if they are working hard enough (or too hard). The heart rate monitors also provide an accurate summary of the session including how many calories have been burned.
Shot of the month. This course is open to any new players or players who have not been playing for a long time or would like to improve their technique. The players will learn the techniques of all tennis shots (i.e. work on Backhand will include top spin, slice or flat spin).
Rusty Rackets: This course is open to the over 50's and will help the over 50 players’ specific game with proven strategies that adjust stroke technique, positioning, injuries, and equipment. Rusty Rackets 50 shows you how to - modify your stroke to gain more power without sacrificing control; - play smarter with adjustments to position on the court and style of play; - improve your doubles and mixed doubles game; - choose the right equipment for your style of play, ability, and fitness level; - Avoid injury and improve your conditioning for better performance. All players who would like to improve their game and start (or not) to play some competitive tennis. The players will consolidate their techniques and tactical knowledge required to improve their game.
