Since winning his first tennis tournament as a child, Sebastien has been a committed tennis player representing school and university and as a country representative in several tournaments.
Sebastien has over 13 years experience as a tennis player and a qualified LTA tennis coach, with experience in private and group coaching at all levels. Sebastien is fully CRB checked and comes approved by the LTA!
Based on his experience as a player and the foundation of a DCA course, Sebastien is able to quickly analyse a player’s ability and from there build individual learning plans according to their ability and goals. Allowing each individual player to achieve their full potential.

Neil is a Level 2 LTA tennis assistant. He is also a Football coach, a PE teacher and a physiotherapist. Neil is very enthusiastic and always keen to learn. He should soon be working toward is Club Coach formation.

David has recently graduated with a degree in Sports Science at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge specialising in the application of sports psychology.
He currently work at Hills Road Tennis centre as a coach and as a psychologist, writing interventions programmes for some of the most talented players in the county.
Tennis is fast becoming a competitive sport with many players striving for perfection. David's aim is to enhance the player’s mental toughness enabling them to cope under pressure during tournaments. Through observations interviews and questionnaires he is able to compile a Needs Analysis and thus implement an intervention programme. He keeps up-to-date with the latest research in sports psychology in order to prescribe the most effective techniques.
The areas he can help with are, self-confidence, anxiety, motivation, concentration, choking, distractions (irrelevant cues) and anger management.

Laura is a hard working, student who strives hard in order to achieve highly. She always tries her best and is only satisfied if she knows she has accomplished the best that she can. She is a great motivator who thoroughly enjoys sport and have been made captain on many occasions for her leadership and teamwork skills. She plays many sports including hockey, for which she has represented the County, netball, tennis, rounders, football and athletics. She is interested in a career in Psychology.
Laura coached tennis with me during the summer camp 2008 in Papworth Everard, showing great aptitude with the children.
She is also the winner of Ladies Doubles Tournament at Papworth Tennis Club in 2006 and 2008 & runner up in Alicante Cup at Papworth Tennis Club in 2006.

Alex is LTA TA Qualified (Tennis Assistant).
Having studied sport science at A-Level, he has gained an understanding of the physical and psychological factors involved in learning a new sport. He now studies Geography at Nottingham University having received 4 A’s at A-Level.
The diligence that goes into his academic work is also shown on the court as he works tirelessly to get the best out of people and discover their strengths. He steps onto court full of enthusiasm whether playing or coaching.
